ARTICLE 1 – Scoope of application
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the Seller with non-professional buyers ("The Customers" or "The Customer") wishing to purchase the products offered for sale ("The Products") by the Seller on the website https://coloringbook.eu/.

The main characteristics of the Products, including specifications, illustrations and indications of dimensions or capacity of the Products, are presented on the website https://coloringbook.eu/ This is what the customer is required to be aware of before ordering.
The choice and purchase of a Product is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

ARTICLE 2 – Price
Due to the nature of the Products offered on the site, the prices do not include any processing, shipping, transport and delivery fees.
ARTICLE 3 – Payment Terms
The price is paid via secure payment, according to the following terms:
Payment by credit card or PayPal
The price is payable in full by the Customer on the day the order is placed.

Payments made by the Client will only be considered final onceafter actual payment by the Seller of the sums owed.
The Seller will not be obliged to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the Customer does not pay the full price under the conditions indicated above.
ARTICLE 4 – Deliveries
The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to mainland France or in the following area(s):World.
Since the products for sale on the site are all downloadable (virtual) files, deliveries take place without any delay; the file download is available after payment by the Customer when placing their order on the site.
Delivery consists of transferring physical possession or control of the product to the Customer. Unless otherwise specified or in the event of unavailability of one or more Products, the Products ordered will be delivered in a single shipment.
ARTICLE 5 – Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the Seller's Products will only transfer to the Customer onceafter full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the delivery date of said Products.
ARTICLE 6 – Right of withdrawal
Given the nature of the Products sold, Orders placed by the Customer are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
The contract is therefore definitively concluded upon placement of the order by the Client in accordance with the terms specified herein. CGV.
ARTICLE 7 – Intellectual Property
